Training Plans

If you are new to running or walking for a race, a training plan is a good place to start. Here I have put together generic Training Plans for the 5K, 10K & 13.1 (half marathon). If your pace is in the single digits, well this may not be for you but if not, then you could benefit from this plan, and use it as a guide to your goal distance.

Training Plan ideal as a general guideline for most, assuming that you are properly trained to do so.
