This is a Community Run Group, and is designed to bring people together, to motivate, inspire and challenge each other to reach goals in a fun social atmosphere.
We welcome all levels and paces, some are just starting distance walking or running while others are working toward a new personal record (PR); some love races, some comradery and some like challenges. What ever is your preference, just keep moving.
Membership is FREE, we offer incentives to keep you moving, Challenges, Medals, Shirts and links of the more popular races in our area.
